Refund Policy

Effective date: October 18, 2026

NotYet is free to download and use. The only thing you can pay for is the optional Premium subscription.

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google

All payments go through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Because they process the payment, they are the ones who issue refunds. We cannot refund purchases directly.

How to request a refund

• iPhone: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and choose the purchase you want to report.
• Android: open Google Play, go to your order history, select the purchase and choose to request a refund. You can also visit Google Play's refund help page.

Apple and Google decide whether a refund is approved, under their own rules.

Cancelling

You can cancel Premium at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future charges. You'll keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

What happens when Premium ends

You keep full access to everything in the free version of the app, including your connections and chats. Premium profile customizations and certain app features pause until you resubscribe.
